3. Caste/ Income/ Domicile/ Ration Card/ Character Certificate
eDistrict UP aims to make government services easily available to citizens through Citizen Service Centers and online platforms, reducing the time and effort required for services. Services from different government departments are brought together in one place for the convenience of the public.

5. Birth/ Death Certificate
In Modinagar, each area has a designated registrar responsible for recording births and deaths. These registrars are appointed by the State Government and may work in municipalities, Panchayats, government health institutions, or other local authorities.
Under the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969, the person in charge of a hospital, health center, maternity home, or similar institutions must report births and deaths that happen there to the registrar.
If a birth or death occurs, citizens must inform the registrar of their area within 21 days.
For a death, citizens must provide the doctor’s certificate in original form, along with the burial or cremation details.
